If you are interested in learning conversational Spanish, need tutoring help or just want to brush up your skills, you came to the right place!
My classes are especially designed for people without any prior Spanish language education, for those who wish to brush up on earlier high school or college Spanish, or for current Spanish students who are in Middle, or High School and need extra help. My program is also targeted at people from Spanish background who seek to connect with their heritage as well as individuals visiting a Spanish speaking country for work or vacation.
I designed a course plan to help you progress through the basics and to allow students to move along at their own pace.
Basic survival Spanish is learned early and it includes: common greetings, the numbers, basic colors, basic foods, body parts, clothing items, telling time, giving/receiving directions, present tense as well as simple conversations to express past and future events.
Most of my courses have emphasis on fluency in reading, writing, listening and speaking. Everything is taught in Spanish, but I will have explanations in English (especially at the beginning) to help the student understand the concepts.

Beatriz was my daughter's tutor for 3rd year Spanish. It was a challenging year but Beatriz made it fun as well as taught her all the skills she needed to succeed in the class.
