These are my class policies for current and new students:

 

• Tuition is collected on your first class of the month. You are welcome to pay with cash, check or via PayPal.

• Missed classes will not be reimbursed, unless there is a special circumstance. No credits or refunds. Make ups only. Make ups can be requested within the first month of the cancellation. Lessons are forfeited if there is a last minute cancellation or no-show.

• Missed Accelerated classes will not be reimbursed even with advanced notice.  The student is welcome to re-schedule missed lessons at any time within the first month of the cancellation.

• Class cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance in order to qualify for a make-up lesson.

• If there is a medical emergency, a written medical excuse will be needed for make-up lessons.

• I reserve the right to remove any student with disruptive or unacceptable behavior.

• There is usually a list of students standing by for schedule openings and I do my best to accomodate. If you have travel plans, vacation or other circumstances, you need to pay a minimum of two classes a month to keep your spot on the schedule.
